That’s why, for the first time, we’re opening our CPD Accredited Trauma-Informed Leadership Programme to individual professionals and smaller organisations.
Previously available only as an in-house programme for organisations, this three-day programme has been designed to give leaders the confidence, practical skills and psychological insight to create environments where people can flourish and outstanding practice can thrive.
